The Pixel Pitch: The Ultimate Cross-Media Financing Summit
The Pixel Pitch, taking place on 13 October as part of Power to the Pixel’s Cross-Media Forum, brings together top international executives to discuss how to finance, package and launch cross-media projects. As the shape of projects has changed, so have the people who finance them. Come and see first hand what types of projects are getting made and who is providing them with funding and support.
Key commissioners such as Rosie Allimonos (BBC), Guillaume Blanchot (CNC), Morgan Bouchet (Orange), Nick Cohen (BBC), Mark Cranwell (Babelgum), Matt Locke (Channel 4) and Rob McLaughlin (NFB) will be there, along with a vast array of executives from across film, advertising, broadcast, the arts, online and games, including: Julie Adair (Disney), Mel Exon (BBH Labs), Marc Goodchild (BBC IPTV), Thomas Hoegh (Arts Alliance), Ray Maguire (Sony Computer Entertainment), Mike Monello (Campfire), Michel Reilhac (ARTE) and Lance Weiler (Seize the Media).
Everyone will watch as nine international producer-led teams present their projects to a select jury and compete for the £6,000 ARTE Pixel Pitch cash prize. Afterwards, pitching teams, jury members and attendees are all invited to a drinks reception. Take a look at some of the companies in attendance:
