Born in Paris, Fabien Westerhoff graduated with a Master’s Degree in European Business Administration from the Bordeaux Business School, and the University of Applied Sciences Muenster in Germany.
After completing a post-graduate in film production at the French state film school La Fémis, he started his career in international sales handling director-driven films such as Manoel de Oliveira’s BELLE TOUJOURS, Sundance Prize-winner LOUISE-MICHEL and Chile’s Academy Awards entry TONY MANERO by Pablo Larraín.
In 2008 he moved to London, where he is currently running HanWay’s Select specialty film division. He is fluent in French, German, Spanish and English.
